I'm Jonny Davies, a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) and proud member of the CrossFit Seminar Staff. With over a decade of experience in the industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals unlock their full potential through the CrossFit methodology. As the director and owner of 179CROSSFIT, I’ve built a community that values hard work, integrity, and continuous improvement—on and off the training floor.


Based in Wales, Swansea, 179CROSSFIT is more than just a box; it's a space where people come to challenge themselves, learn, and grow. My role at CrossFit HQ allows me to travel, educate, and contribute to the development of coaches worldwide, ensuring the standard of training remains high and consistent.


Whether I’m coaching athletes, mentoring new trainers, or delivering seminars, my focus is always on making a lasting impact through quality coaching and genuine connection. At 179 CROSSFIT, we don’t just train, we build better humans.
